Fencing with concrete posts, closeboard panels, and trellis top This fence uses concrete posts and gravel boards, with a low close board panel and a lattice trellis top. Generally all posts used are 100mm x 100mm either concrete or treated hardwood. All posts are concreted 600mm into position. If it is a panel fence the panel will be slotted or screwed into position, usually on top of a gravel board. An alternative method is to make the fence in situ from separate components - known as closeboard fencing. back to previous page
